SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

  1. Shipping Schedule

We ship all orders Monday to Thursday.

Our weekly cut-off time is:

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2:00pm (Sydney time) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm (Sydney time) are processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
  1. Holiday Closure

We will be closed from 25 December to 1 January.
Orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped from 2 January.

  1. Processing Times
  • Orders received before 2:00pm (Sydney time), Monday to Thursday, are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after 2:00pm (Sydney time) are processed the next business day.
  • Orders received Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday.

Please allow additional time during promotional periods, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

  1. Shipping Method and Delivery Timeframes

We ship all orders via DHL Express.

Delivery timeframes vary by state and location. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote locations: Delivery times may vary based on DHL service availability

These timeframes are provided by DHL Express and may be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

A DHL Express tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
You may track your order through the DHL website.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or lost by DHL Express, we will assist with lodging an inquiry.
However, courier delays are outside our control and cannot be refunded.

You may choose to pay by direct bank transfer.

Payment Instructions

Make your payment directly into our bank account.
Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

After completing your payment, send a copy of your deposit receipt to:

Your order will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment Deadline

You have 48 hours to complete your bank transfer.
If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
